The Turbosmart RacePort BOV (Part Number TS-0204-1131) is engineered for high-performance turbocharged applications, offering a compact and lightweight design that doesn’t compromise on airflow. Its innovative collar design and internal flow structures have been optimized through CFD analysis to deliver maximum flow rates, making it the highest flowing BOV in Turbosmart’s lineup with over 330 CFM capacity. Constructed from billet 6000 series aluminum, the RacePort is both durable and lightweight, reducing overall system weight by approximately 50% compared to traditional blow-off valves. Its design incorporates a quick-release aluminum V-band clamp for fast installation and removal, paired with a unique locking collar that ensures a positive seal under high boost pressures. The BOV features a positive sealing valve seat and a hi-temp proprietary Silicon Nomex diaphragm for reliable operation in demanding conditions. It also includes five user-configurable spring options, allowing precise tuning for different boost levels and driving preferences. Twin 1/8 NPT reference port fittings provide additional versatility for integrating with other engine management components. The RacePort BOV is designed with CFD-driven, optimized internal structures that enhance airflow efficiency and response, making it suitable for competition-level engines.
