Polaris RZR Pro R / Turbo R Upper Radius Rods

ZBROZ is excited to announce our all-new INTENSE SERIES Radius Rods for the Polaris RZR Pro R & Turbo R models. Our Pro R and Turbo R INTENSE SERIES Radius Rods are larger and stronger than ever! We stayed with our signature I-beam design and added unmatched durability coupled with eye-catching style!  We also added a new adjuster sleeve and pinch bolt design to the upper rod for easy on-the-car adjustment. Our (INTENSE) design provides superior strength while maintaining a reasonable weight. These new INTENSE SERIES Radius Rods are machined from solid block 6061-T6 Aluminum, outfitted with high-quality, high-strength Teflon-lined Heim joints, anodized black (available in raw, colors not included) then engraved and chamfered to achieve a unique look.

Upper Radius Rods

Our all-new adjuster sleeve and pinch bolt design provides an easy on-the-car adjustment by simply loosening the two pinch bolts and then using a wrench to adjust the sleeve for changing the overall length. Don’t worry about jam nuts backing off as these bolts have a separate nut plate on the back side to help distribute the load ensuring the rod ends never come loose. Camber adjustment is now quick and simple. The radius rod adjusting sleeve in combination with the new toe link from Polaris creates a winning combination.  Bottom line – you’ll spend less time aligning and more time riding!
