The lights arrive with ORACLE Halo rings installed and just like our halo kits, they include a lifetime warranty. The bulbs are not included with these fog lights. The ColorSHIFT(tm) option requires the use of a ColorSHIFT(tm) controller to properly operate which is sold separately.
