The Fly Racing Youth Formula CC Objective Helmet in Black/White is engineered to provide optimal protection and comfort for young riders. Featuring a tri-weave composite shell made from carbon fiber, DuPont™ Kevlar®, and fiberglass, this helmet offers a lightweight yet highly resistant barrier against impacts.
Designed with safety as a priority, it includes Impact Energy Cells made of RHEON material that absorb low-speed linear and rotational impacts, reducing transmitted forces to the head. The conehead® dual-density EPS liner enhances impact management, while six critical zones are fine-tuned for responsive protection during both low and high-speed impacts. The expanded volume EPS in strategic areas offers increased impact absorption, creating more suspension between the rider’s head and the ground.
Constructed with an expanded polypropylene (EPP) chin bar, it provides superior damage resistance and energy absorption properties. The clavicle shell relief zone, filled with EPS and EPP, aims to minimize clavicle injuries. Additional features include a custom-molded rubber trim with an integrated nose guard for added protection, ensuring safety in demanding conditions.
The helmet weighs approximately 2.9 pounds for size medium/large, making it comfortable for extended use. Its comfort liner and quick-release cheek pads are made of washable, moisture-wicking, and antimicrobial materials to keep the rider comfortable and hygienic. The True Functional Ventilation (TFV) system actively channels air through multiple vents, ensuring optimal airflow and temperature regulation during rides.
This helmet is suitable for a variety of motocross and off-road riding activities and is compatible with helmets for youth fitting the following vehicles: Yamaha YZ85, Honda CRF150R, KTM 85 SX, Suzuki RM85, Kawasaki KX85, and other similar models. It includes a soft fleece helmet bag for storage and transportation, with an optional cold weather breath guard available for added comfort in colder conditions.
