This tube takes only 15 minutes to install. All you have to do is swap your primary charge tube for the new RPM 5 PLY Wire Reinforced silicone unit, plug in the new boost/vacuum nipple, and attach your blow off valve or cap the port with our supplied billet plug! This tube locates your BOV behind the factory, easy to access intercooler. As you can see from the pictures, the BOV port in this location is shielded from mud and debris.
This tube is a heavy-duty 5Ply silicone tube that boasts a wire reinforced construction, essentially lining the 2nd layer with HD wire before continuing with the 3 remaining layers of construction. This makes the tube close to impossible to expand or burst under any conditions or power / boost levels.
The Maverick R obviously has no provisions stock for a blow off valve or diverter valve on the stock turbo system so if you want to install a blow off valve on the Maverick R, there is no place for it! However, with our silicone blow off valve hose that is solved! The kit is designed to connect to the throttle body side of your turbo and the intercooler. This silicone tube allows you to install our blow off valve directly to it. Its smooth design helps eliminate any turbulence. For Vacuum, we include a billet port with to connect to the factory intake manifold, POST throttle body, which gives the perfect spot for boost reference.
