Purchasing this EVP Bench Flash (ECU Tune) requires you to remove your vehicle’s ECU and ship it to our headquarters at: 6162 S 350 W Murray, UT 84107. You must fill out, print and submit this ECU Send in Form for proper order processing. Please print out and include it with your ECU shipment. Typical turnaround time for flashing is 24-48 hours (this does not include transit time). Please note Fedex is not guaranteeing overnight or expedited shipping methods. In no instance will EVP refund shipping costs due to carrier shipping delays.
Evolution Powersports has released its long anticipated Polaris Ranger 900 Programming. Polaris limits the throttle opening of the stock Ranger programming to 50%. We reprogram this to allow 100% throttle. Huge horsepower gains have been realized through throttle opening, timing, fueling and torque limit modifications. We also build additional safety into our tune by lowering the fan on temperature by 20 deg F. The OEM fan on temperature is is too high (well over 200 deg F). In addition the fan on/off temperatures can be set for each customer depending upon where they live and the conditions typically ridden in. Other great features are added and/or changed to enhance the drivability and fun factor of the vehicle.
Evolution Powersports has vast knowledge of the Polaris Bosch ECU from our work in the automotive world. We have brought this expertise to the SXS market to extract the most performance from the Ranger 900 engines as possible. Your ecu must be sent to our Somerset WI facility for reprogramming - otherwise, pre flashed ECU's can be purchased outright for additional cost. You can also have your ECUs programmed by one of our Flashing Dealers (see Dealers section for a list of dealers with flash capability)
