UTV clutches play a crucial role in the performance and drivability of utility terrain vehicles, ensuring smooth power transfer from the engine to the wheels. Most UTVs use a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) system, which consists of a primary (drive) clutch and a secondary (driven) clutch connected by a belt. As the vehicle speeds up, the belt rides higher on the primary clutch and lower on the secondary, effectively changing the gear ratio without manual shifting.
